yay for vacation!

Chip and I are on vacation the rest of this week and next week. He'll still check in with clients every day, but we started today with fun, fun, fun! Walked the Lafayette Resevoir (early to avoid the heat), went out to lunch and then saw Charlie and the Choclate Factory. We loved it!! Johnny Depp was fantastic which was wonderful because I was awfully fond of Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka. The Tim Burton version far exceeded our expectations. Then we bought Chip some new 'Lucky' jeans and shirts and got a bunch of fun food from Andronico's to hold us over the next week and a half. We are also working around the house, moving dirt, but we can only do that in the morning and late afternoon because of the heat, so we will probably see some more movies. We are planning on seeing Batman Begins (the Melbaby really liked that one), and we were gonna see War of the Worlds, but James_Weazel seems to have thought it sucked, so maybe not. Anybody have any other movies they think were worth going out to see. Has anyone seen March of the Penguins? Well I am blissfully happy getting to have my Chip all to myself for a week and a half - blissful I tell you!!
